Our signature treatment, the invigorating Traditional Greenstone Massage, embodies ancient Māori practices and healing therapies, uniting mind and body for a deeply restorative experience.
All five elegantly appointed treatment rooms feature private showers and steam rooms, while a luxurious couples’ suite includes a cedar wood Jacuzzi for an elevated experience. Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane also offers a unique infra-red room, tranquil relaxation areas, and a discovery bar, where guests are encouraged to further unwind with freshly brewed tea and wholesome snacks after their treatments.

Spa Etiquette
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge if made 24 hours in advance. Hotel guests must give a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellations, after which the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
Reservations
Bookings made by hotel guests directly with Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane are guaranteed to your room bill. Bookings made by external guests directly with Sofitel Spa with L’Occitane may be secured by a credit card or cash payment.

To enhance your spa experience we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment as a delayed arrival will affect your allocated treatment time.
