With a dose of old world tradition and nostalgia, a Kowhai yellow rope-tie is ceremoniously wrapped across the bistro’s padlock each evening, symbolising the end of another day. It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to showcase the magnificent produce of our beautiful region Central Otago.
Our food offering is a lounge styled grazing menu where you can enter or exit wherever you wish, order a variety or as many plates as you like to snack & share.
The evolving menu utilises local produce with flavours from around the world whilst retaining some traditional French techniques.
I am looking forward to meeting all the local purveyors & incorporating these items into the menu.
